Doable ("Doable", "we", "us") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. By using Doable, you agree to this policy. Doable（「我们」）在设计上尊重你的隐私。本协议说明 app 会处理哪些信息以及如何处理。使用 Doable 即表示你同意本协议。

1. The short version1. 一句话版本

  • No account is required for Doable itself. Agent Desk, which is optional, asks you to sign in with Apple.
  • Your goals, tasks, notes and plans live on your device and sync through your own private iCloud — we do not store them on our servers.
  • Nothing from your task list is ever uploaded, including when you use Agent Desk. Only what you type into Agent Desk itself reaches our servers.
  • We do not run ads or third-party analytics, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
  • 使用 Doable 本身无需注册账号。可选功能 Agent 工作台需要你通过 Apple 登录。
  • 你的目标、任务、备注和计划都保存在你的设备上，并通过你自己的私人 iCloud 同步——我们不会把它们存放在我们的服务器上。

2. Information you provide2. 你提供的信息

Your content. The goals, answers, tasks, notes and plans you create are stored locally on your device (SwiftData) and synced via Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to your private iCloud account. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is not readable by us. 你的内容。你创建的目标、回答、任务、备注和计划保存在你的设备本地（SwiftData），并通过 Apple iCloud（CloudKit）同步到你的私人 iCloud 账户。这些数据归属于你的 Apple ID，我们无法读取。

AI plan generation. When you ask Doable to break down a goal, the text of that goal and your answers to its follow-up questions are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate your plan, which is then returned to your device. This text is used only to create your plan. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your goals or answers. 3. Purchases3. 购买

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user identifier and purchase/receipt details. 4. Agent Desk4. Agent 工作台

Agent Desk is optional. It lets you hand a job to your own AI agent, which picks it up over MCP and hands the result back. If you never open it, nothing in this section applies to you. Agent 工作台是可选功能。你可以把一件活交给你自己的 AI agent，它通过 MCP 取走、干完再把结果交回来。如果你从不打开它，这一节与你无关。

It is a separate system from your task list. The two share no data. Your goals, tasks and notes are never uploaded, read or sent to any agent — not even when Agent Desk is in use. 它和你的任务列表是两套独立的系统。两者不共享任何数据。你的目标、任务和备注永远不会被上传、读取或发给任何 agent——即使在使用 Agent 工作台时也是如此。

When you use it, we store on our servers (Cloudflare):当你使用它时，我们会在服务器（Cloudflare）上存储：

  • Your Apple user identifier. Signing in with Apple gives us an identifier that is unique to you and to us. We do not request your name or email address, so we do not have them.
  • The jobs you write there — their titles, the notes you add, the background you write for a project, and the results your agent hands back.
  • Which machines you connected, by the name they report, and when each last checked in.

Finished results are kept for 30 days and then deleted. You can revoke any machine at any time, and deleting your account removes the desk, every job and result, all tokens, and revokes the Apple authorisation — from the Agent Desk account screen. 已完成的结果保留 30 天后删除。你可以随时撤销任何一台机器；注销账号会删除工作台、所有任务和产出、全部令牌，并撤销 Apple 授权——入口在 Agent 工作台的账号页。

5. Information we do not collect5. 我们不收集的信息

We do not collect your name, email address (unless you choose to email us), phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or advertising identifiers (no IDFA). Doable is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Doable 不面向 13 岁以下（或你所在国家/地区规定的最低年龄以下）的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

8. Your choices and rights8. 你的选择与权利

You can delete all of your data at any time by deleting the app and removing its data from iCloud (Settings → your Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage).
