These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doable app ("Doable", the "app"). By downloading or using Doable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 本《用户协议》（「协议」）适用于你对 Doable app（「Doable」「本 app」）的使用。下载或使用 Doable 即表示你同意本协议。如不同意，请勿使用本 app。
1. License1. 使用许可
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Doable on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. 我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的设备上，按照 App Store 服务条款及本协议，将 Doable 用于个人非商业用途。
2. Subscriptions and billing2. 订阅与付费
Doable offers a free tier and optional "Doable Pro" purchases (monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). Payments, refunds, and renewals are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. Doable uses AI to generate plans, tasks and suggestions based on the goals you provide. This content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional medical, fitness, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making important decisions. You are responsible for how you act on any plan. Doable 使用 AI 基于你提供的目标生成计划、任务和建议。这些内容由系统自动生成，可能存在不准确、不完整或不适合你具体情况的情形。它仅供一般参考，不构成专业的医疗、健身、法律、财务或心理建议。在做出重要决定前，请始终运用你自己的判断并咨询合格的专业人士。你需为如何执行任何计划负责。
4. Acceptable use4. 可接受的使用
You agree not to misuse Doable, including by attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfering with its operation, using it to break the law, or using it to generate content that is unlawful or harmful. 你同意不滥用 Doable，包括但不限于：试图对 app 进行逆向工程、干扰其正常运行、利用它从事违法行为，或利用它生成违法或有害内容。
5. Your content5. 你的内容
You own the goals, tasks and notes you create in Doable. You are responsible for the content you enter. As described in our Privacy Policy, your content is stored on your device and your private iCloud. 你在 Doable 中创建的目标、任务和备注归你所有。你需对自己输入的内容负责。如我们的《隐私协议》所述，你的内容保存在你的设备和你的私人 iCloud 中。
6. Intellectual property6. 知识产权
Doable, including its software, design, name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Doable（包括其软件、设计、名称和标志）归我们所有，并受知识产权法律保护。本协议不授予你对我们商标或品牌标识的任何权利。
7. Disclaimers7. 免责声明
Doable is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you achieve any particular goal. Doable 按「现状」和「现有」基础提供，在法律允许的最大范围内不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证 app 不会中断、毫无错误，也不保证它能帮助你实现任何特定目标。
8. Limitation of liability8. 责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Doable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用 Doable 而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，我们概不负责。本协议中的任何内容均不限制依据适用法律不可被限制的责任。
9. Termination9. 终止
You may stop using Doable at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. 你可以随时通过删除 app 停止使用 Doable。如果你违反本协议，我们可暂停或终止你的使用权限。
10. Changes to these Terms10. 协议的变更
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 我们可能会不时更新本协议。我们会更新上方日期；在变更后继续使用 app 即表示你接受更新后的协议。
